Terms of Service

1. Not financial advice

Thastock is a market intelligence tool. Nothing on this site or in our emails is investment advice, financial planning, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading stocks involves risk including loss of principal. Do your own research. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser.

2. Account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. One person per account; don't share login credentials. We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms — abusive use, scraping, attempting to break the app, etc.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free tier.

Refunds: We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@thastock.com within 7 days and we'll review case-by-case.

4. Data accuracy

We use Finnhub, Yahoo Finance, and other public sources for market data. Prices can be delayed, incorrect, or missing. AI-generated summaries can hallucinate. Always verify critical numbers from your broker before trading.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape the site or hammer our APIs.
• Don't resell or redistribute our data feeds.
• Don't use the platform to break securities law in your jurisdiction.
• Don't reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary models.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thastock and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice.

8. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email all account holders 14 days before they take effect.
